Mangaluru, Jan 31: A video has gone viral on social media which is said to have happened at Talapady toll plaza on Sunday in which a car driver is assaulted by the toll gate staff.
The incident occurred at the last toll gate that is at Talapady. Other vehicle drivers have captured the act of assault. It is said that the car driver who was assaulted is of Kerala origin.
The staff of Talapady toll gate assaulted the car driver in front of his family members who were seated in the car. Vehicle drivers and the public have expressed rage on the behaviour of the toll gate staff. It is said that the assault occurred due to some trivial verbal argument.
The incident has occurred under Ullal police station limits and the video has gone viral on social media. No complaint has been filed so far in this regard.
