Bengaluru, Feb 3: The Chairman of Second Administrative Reforms Commission T M Vijayabhaskar submitted the commission’s 4 th and 5 th reports to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in Bengaluru on Friday.

Vijayabhaskar is senior IAS officer and former Chief Secretary of the State Government. Chief Secretary Vandita Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Rajneesh Goyal and State Water Resources Minister Govinda M Karjol were present.
