Mangaluru: Four arrested over assault on inter-faith couple near Kadri Park

Mangaluru, Feb 10: Kadri police arrested four in connection with the assault on inter-faith couple near Kadri Park.

The accused arrested are Yashwith of Kadaba, Sharath of Chikkamagaluru, Dheeraj of Alape and Abhijit of Bantwal. It is said that all four are members of a right wing organization.

The accused had assaulted the couple of north Karnataka origin on Wednesday.

A case was registered by the couple in Kadri police station. The accused have been sent to judicial custody.

    Silly nuisance fellows like these BD gangs are on the increase day by day.... Personal freedom of majors is fundamental right of all citizens... Who are these goons to disturb some people whom they do not even know???.... What responsibility will they own after their ruckus with the people they trouble for their whims and fancies???... Police must be strict on these goons and it looks like cops are influenced by the saffron govt to ignore and thereby encourage....

    Prakash, Hope you keep track of news all over in India where in if Hindu boys married off to muslim girls family members in many occassions killed boy to give lesson to other girls of there community.
