Mangaluru: Demo Day of ‘Prime 2023’ event inaugurated at St Joseph Engineering College

Mangaluru, Apr 12: Owner of Kallbavi Cashews, Prakash Kallbavi inaugurated Demo Day of ‘Prime 2023’ event at St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) on Wednesday April 12.

Addressing the gathering, Prakash Kallbavi said, “Today, a lot of positive things are happening as the opportunity is right before you. Our education system and people of India are not dynamic which has been criticized and we proved it wrong as time went on. There is need of organizing such programmes with lot of ideas coming out. Make use of this institution. Goodwill is the key. There is a lot of hard work to build that goodwill. Have a right frame of work and be ethical towards your work.”

Principal St Joseph Engineering College Dr Rio D’Souza urged the students to make use of the opportunities by creating products and wonders. “It is good to see such initiative in setting this up and amazing to see the changes. Let us all wish to take that change forward,” he said.

Assistant director St Joseph Engineering College Fr Alwyn R D’Souza said, “The knowledge has been gathered and put up ideas in setting this up with the various products. I hope every single small step of ideas may turn to miles and miles and reach its destiny.”

Meanwhile, Anupam read out the report of Prime 2023 and Reeshal introduced the chief guest Prakash Kallbavi.

Vice principal Dr Purushotam Chippar, programme head innoventure Dr Binu KG, programme manager innoventure Dr Nithin Kulkarni was also present.

Benedecta welcomed the gathering, Jovita proposed vote of thanks and Shawn compered the event.
