No wonder there are so many ghastly accidents and drivers dont care about them. The law is spineless and allows such rowdy behavior. I wont be surprised if the driver comes out in 3 months and gets to drive the same bus.

What a sad state of affairs. 6 months of prison and 6000 rupees is the punishment for negligent driving and killing a human. In simple words it means the life of the lady was worth 6000 rupees. What is the point of the affected going to the courts? Is this reprieve? Is there any kind of justice in this? Justice is a 'farce'.

It was a literally a murder due to purposeful rash driving and just six months?. Looking at how these rowdy bus drivers drive on the road daily, this guy should have been made an example of and put behind bars for atleast 10 years. May be then, the other rowdies who drive their buses in a dangerous manner, will get some sense driven in to their thick skulls!!!

Is six to nine months imprisonment enough for killing a person. The driver after nine months will get back to driving and again drive without following rules. There is no mention about cancellation of driving license. This is case of homicide murder.
