Bengaluru, May 31: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has confirmed implantation of all 5 Congress Guarantees and declared that the State Cabinet will take a final decision at the next meeting on Friday.

“I guarantee on behalf of the government that we will implement all the 5 guarantees,’’ he declared after holding a two-hour long meeting with the senior officials and ministers at the conference hall of Vidhana Soudha on Tuesday.

Siddaramaiah said the senior officials of all the departments concerned, including the Finance Department, have submitted proposals and the financial implications. They have also given a power-point presentation.

“The report of the officials is yet to be discussed by the ministers in detail. We will do it at the next Cabinet meeting on Friday at 11 am,’’ he said.

The chief minister said nobody need have any apprehensions on the government’s sincerity on implementing the guarantees.

“Our government has fulfilled almost all its poll promises in 2013-18. This time too, we will implement our guarantees. We have delivered on our promises in the past and do so this time too,’’ he declared.

When reporters questioned the chief minister about the criticism of the BJP leaders, including former chief minister Basavaraj Bommai, Siddaramaiah shot back: “Have they fulfilled their promises in 2018? Did they waive farm loans of Rs 1 lakh? Did the Narendra Modi government implement its promises? The BJP leaders must first answer on their record. Let them not worry about our guarantees. It is promised to the people.’’

Settle dues of Ragi Growers forthwith

Earlier in the morning, the Chief Minister met a delegation of Ragi Growers from the State in his home office of Krishna and directed the officials to settle the dues of farmers immediately.

Siddaramaiah asked the officials to resolve the problems of non-payment issues of Ragi growers under MSP scheme immediately.

He patiently heard the grievances of Ragi growers and the farming community at his home office Krishna.

He asked the officials to fix the technical problems causing delay in payment to the farmers immediately.

Hope this government does not impose additional taxes on the tax payers to meet the freebie expenses . It is not a good idea to dole out freebies , people become lazy and stop working. Subsides should only be given to BPL people and not others

Sir, I'm happily and willingly giving up the five guarantees for the betterment of my state and the poor. Can you permit me and other likeminded people to do this through some action ? Let the greedy opposition know how people are standing by you in your attempt to give a good governance.

Sir, once all the 5 promised guarantees are implemented, please pay some attention to offer financial help to two Muslim youth who were killed by Hindu activists. Justice should be equal to all the citizens and not by favouritism. Each and every one believes in God and practices their faith with God (may be different forms or religious faith. The why all such discrimination? When Muslim fellow killed Praveen it was an anti-Indian terrorist act, but when two Muslims were stained as revenge murder by rightwing activist the case was hushed up, saying it was their right. ! One government different rule based on community. ?

“A leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved. He inspires the power and energy to get it done.” Unlike the Fake master who throughout does mimicry and cheap below the self-respect and dignity acts to entertain the public also makes use of religious sentiments to blackmail Hindus. Only taxes and no concern on ever increasing commodity prices.

“Great leaders always have self-discipline -without exception.” Fake leader always acts on presumption that those who gathered around are also fekus. Actually, they are both Feku & Andabhakts. Sir, nothing is impossible if we attempt and work hard with determination and not like Modi's promises who fools the voters with false promises. Let these jealousy & Envie filled Souls shut their mouths once for all. Congress LS election victory is very much in the making.
