New Delhi, Jul 17: One of the most endearing things about Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, according to many critics, was its poetry. And all credit goes to lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar.
His son Farhan Akhtar who plays one of the lead roles in the movie, and who recited all the poetic lines through the course of the narrative, has thanked his father for writing the dialogues.
"It's so fantastic that everyone loves the poems in ZNMD. Thank you pa @Javedakhtarjadu for injecting soul into the film with your gifted hand," Farhan tweeted.
Meanwhile, director Karan Johar was all praise for the movie, especially for director Zoya Akhtar. He tweeted,"Please go watch ZNMD....NOW!!!! Zoya has pulled off a tough genre with utmost sincerity and flamboyance...zoya is the hero of the film!!!."
ZNMD tells the story of three friends Arjun, Imran and Kabir who go on a life-changing trip to Spain. The journey and the adventures they take up helps them to conquer their fears and inhibitions and rediscover themselves. The movie has had mixed responses from the audience, though it opened on a high note on July 15.
