Whom you blame here....when parents are not worried about their young minor kids and risks of riding and driving in this country, why government will ever bother. I have seen many times young minor kids are driving high end four wheelers on highways when proud elders are seated besides. This can only happen in India. We are a over populated country and government is least bothered on daily road accidents and deaths. No one publishes these statistics but all the government does is publishes its fake achievements on daily basis and boasts about sabke saath sabka vikas, USD 5 to 30 trillion economy, worlds 3rd largest GDP contributor, super power of the world and vishwaguru....and all that nonsense when no attention is paid to human lives. Two wheelers riders are always at the highest risk on our roads but no one cares. Who is suffering now after loosing two young minor kids.....!!!???

Many urban teenagers are out of their parents control. Two reasons, one is that parents are least bother on upbringing, second is that hyper behavior of teenagers. where parents control won't work.

Parents must be careful of the vehicle keys. Teens might be tempted to drive cars bikes at that age without the proper control which can lead to accidents. Pls hide the bike and car keys away from children. In the end prevention is better than cure. RIP to the young boys

very unfortunate... RIP to young souls... Age is such that thinks ahead of reality... Vehicle owners must keep keys in secured places... Also youngsters must be warned from time to time... Extremely sad to see two young buds wilting before they could bloom...

Prakash, however much you try, today's youngsters will find a way out if they firmly intend to do something enjoyable with their peer group; you cannot be watching over them 24 x7!!

When already there are no footpaths for pedestrians how do you expect a dedicated lane for two wheelers; it may happen in our next life, if any!
