Aamir to be Next Munnabhai!

Mumbai, Aug 4: Ever fancy Aamir Khan playing the role of the lovable Munnabhai with Sharman Joshi as Circuit? Difficult to imagine, but if reports churning out of rumour mills are to be believed, that's what is likely to happen.

The very affable duo of Munnabhai and Circuit, made popular by the jodi of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi, created a niche for itself in the very first part, Munnabhai MBBS and then created another storm of Gandhianism with its sequel Lage Raho Munnabhai. The third part, titled Munnabhai Chale Amrika, will reportedly go in for a fresh look, to the extent that the famous Dutt-Warsi jodi will no more play the main roles.

Sources said that director Rajkumar Hirani and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra had a change of mind while shooting for '3 Idiots', which had both Aamir and Sharman among the star cast. The chemistry between the two reportedly impressed Hirani and Chopra, who decided to go in for a makeover for the next Munnabhai sequel.

However, Aamir has not yet given his nod, and said that he would the movie provided the script is good. The perfectionist has always been choosy, and it would be interesting to wait and see whether Hirani could rope in Aamir, and if he did, whether Aamir would be able to rope in the audiences like Dutt did.
