Mangaluru, Aug 24: Police arrested who was stealing two-wheelers around the city.
The arrested accused is identified as Shaneez (23), a resident of Thokkottu Kapikad.
The police was investigating about a case in which two wheelers were stolen from Bendorewell and Kankanady areas of the city. They successfully apprehended the accused.
Police confiscated two scooters worth Rs 1.01 lac from the accused. He was sent to judicial custody.
According to police, Shaneez was caught as he was moving on a scooter without a number plate on Pumpwell flyover. Police stopped and checked the documents and subsequently subjected him to interrogation when the theft came to light.
