Mangaluru: Expert Talk held at Srinivas University Institute of Allied Health Sciences

Mangaluru, Sep 27: With the blessing of A Shama Rao, the university's founder, and under the direction of Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor of Srinivas University, and Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro chancellor of Srinivas University, Mangaluru, an expert talk was held on September 20 by the department of digital and cyber forensic science in seminar hall in collaboration with training and placement department, Srinivas University Mukka campus.

 

 

Anveeksh Mahesh Rao, a cyber-security and cyber forensics analyst and trainer, was the chief guest for the event. Dignitaries present on the dais were Dr Beena HB dean of IAHS at Srinivas University, Bharadwaj M, course coordinator, department of digital and cyber forensics, IAHS and Prof Shwetha Pai, training and placement officer. The presidential address was given by Dr Beena H B, dean of IAHS, Srinivas University. Followed by an address of Swetha Pai focusing on the importance of career and its development.

The programme started with a prayer followed by a lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries. The chief guest, Anveeksh Mahesh Rao addressed the gathering by enriching the knowledge of cyber security and forensics and various opportunities in the field of cyber forensics as well as the steps that should be done going forward to have a prosperous career. He also gave insights about approaching an interview and building up a LinkedIn profile.

The programme was organised by the course coordinator Bharadwaj M, department of digital and cyber forensics in collaboration with training and placement department, Srinivas University and the faculties Ayshath Safwana, Praveena Prabhakaran, Sarath M S and Fathima Shabana with immense support of students.
