Agra MP to fast in support of Hazare

Agra, Aug 22 (IANS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ram Shankar Katheria Monday said he would fast here Tuesday in support of the campaign against corruption launched by Anna Hazare.

The Lok Sabha member from Agra city told IANS that he was fully in support of Hazare's campaign "without any qualifications".

He added that he did not care what his party thought about it.

On Tuesday, Katheria will fast with hundreds of supporters and social activists at the Shahid Smarak ground. Hazare has been on hunger strike in support of a strong Lokpal Bill since Aug 16 in New Delhi.
