Udupi, Oct 18: “The Lombard Memorial (Mission) Hospital, Udupi, will be launching Lombard Fertility Clinic on Thursday, October 19 and the inauguration will be held at 3 pm at the LMH Chapel,” said Dr Sushil Jathanna, director, Lombard Memorial (Mission) Hospital, Udupi.
Speaking at a press conference, he said, “The distinguished chief guests for the inauguration are Hemachandra Kumar, bishop of CSI KSD, Dr Navinchandra R Nayak, consultant in reproductive medicine, Dr Nayak's Fertility Clinic & IVF Center, Mangaluru. The guests of honour are Dr Deepa Rao, deputy director of LMH & consultant gynaecologist, Dr Pavitra, consultant gynaecologist at LMH and Dr Akshata Rao, consultant gynaecologist, LMH. This IVF centre is another feather for the Lombard Memorial hospital. We will be providing initial medical treatment, the specialized medical treatment will be provided by Dr Navinchandra Nayak, consultant in reproductive medicine, Dr. Nayak's Fertility Clinic & IVF Center, Mangaluru. He will be available for consultation every first and third Friday of the month.”.
