Bengaluru, Feb 10: The 10-year Narendra Modi rule in the country is being touted as ‘’Amrut Kaal’’ by the Prime Minister and the BJP, which is actually ‘Vinaash Kaal’, described Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday.
Siddaramaiah has posted messages on social media platform X and has also issued a press statement pointing out that farmers, workers, women, exploited and common people have suffered and their problems have increased more than five to ten fold.
“Not a single promise made to the people by Modi 10 years ago have been completely fulfilled,’’ he said.
The Chief Minister pointed out that doubling of income of farmers, creating 2 crore jobs to youth every year, protection and safety of women, employment guarantee to workers, supply of essential commodities at cheap rates and several other attractive promises were made by Modi to win in elections. After the victory, he has forgotten all the promises to people and has immersed himself in god-religion and other emotive issues as well as appeasement of industrialists.
Siddaramaiah said the last 10 years of Modi rule is ‘Anyaay Kaal’ or period of injustice and let the people decide whether it is Amrut Kaal or Anyaay Kaal.
