Udupi, Jun 8: In an accident on the national highway at Udyavar on Friday June 7, a goods truck collided into the rear portion of a lorry that had broken down and was stationed on the road. The driver of the goods truck sustained serious injuries in the collision.

The lorry was stranded in the middle of the national highway due to a technical problem. The driver of the goods truck, apparently not noticing the stationary lorry ahead, crashed into it.

Big or small vehicle A accident use triangle is missing in INDIA. When our RTO will improve. Look at Dubai, vehicle will not registered if triangle missing. some one mentioned use of few tree branches could have avoided the incident. Agree but when driver goes to pick few branches there will be a crash. So as soon as vehicle stops keep the triangle 20 metre behind the truck. This will save the crash.
