The presence of the black leopard stuck in the well was discovered on Saturday, June 15. Upon bringing this to the attention by local plantation owners Shekhar Shetty, they informed officials from the local forest department of its presence.

Immediately, the forest department officials and local forest rangers carried out operations to safely rescue the black leopard from the well. The black leopard, which emerged from the well, fled into the rubber plantation.

Why our government forest department make a clause stating no wall less well to be kept open. If u want a well build a proper wall for human safety as well as wild life if ur in close vicinity of reserve forest please🙏. It's a nice come back to know black Panthers in that area. Kindly implement strict rules to conserve wildlife. Leave them alone. They deserve to live happily please🙏

Animals like this which were presumed to be extinct but now still present in our forests is a soothing news. Let their numbers grow
