Davanagere: St Aloysius International School Harihar celebrates Colours Day

Davanagere, Aug 4: The nursery and kindergartners of St Aloysius International school, Harihar celebrated Colours Day on August 2, with immense enthusiasm. Three classrooms were transformed into a kaleidoscope of colours, adorned with buntings, colourful stars, and vibrant decorations. The tiny tots sang sweet melodies, showcasing their talents through colour-themed songs that highlighted the beauty of different hues.

The chief guest Pushpalata Urs, principal of St Aloysius PU College, was thoroughly impressed by the young students' creativity and energy, praising their performances with warm appreciation. Fr Vinod A J, SJ, principal of St Aloysius International School, spoke with the tiny tots and asked them to identify colours in and around their classrooms. Grace Noronha, school advisor in her address to the students encouraged them to identify the colours of different stars they were wearing and also of the vibrant decorations. Children answered enthusiastically.

The celebration culminated in a delightful distribution of milk and sweets, leaving the children beaming with joy and colourful memories to cherish.

The whole programme was organized by the Kindergarten teachers. The vibrant colorful programme was anchored by Sr Malsila. Keerti welcomed the gathering, and Sharlet proposed a vote of thanks.
