Beltangady, Aug 10: Sadashiva Das (34), son of the late Sundar Das and a resident of Patrame Kallarige Mane in the taluk, passed away on August 9 due to illness. Sadashiva had been suffering from memory loss after sustaining a severe head injury in a bike accident in Mangaluru two years ago.
Unmarried and bedridden since the accident, Sadashiva’s health deteriorated recently, leading to his hospitalization at a private hospital in Ujire, where he succumbed on August 9.
He is survived by his mother, brother, and sister.
