Kundapur: IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce holds workshop on 'Design Thinking'

Kundapur, Aug 19: A special workshop on 'Design Thinking' was held on the third day of the induction programme at IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce, Moodlakatte.

Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, director of brand building of IMJ Education Institute was a resource person. Addressing the students he said design thinking is used to solve unknown problems. It encourages innovation, which students need to be innovative to survive and remain competitive in a rapidly changing environment, and design thinking helps them find reactive creative solutions.

Through his experience and supplementary materials, he told how to face all the difficulties in life and overcome them easily. Jayasheel Kumar, vice principal, gave the introductory speech. Computer science lecturer Nishmita compered the programme.
