Udupi, Nov 2: Speaking at an event commemorating the 40th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Vinay Kumar Sorake, president of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) campaign committee and former minister, praised her as a bold leader who made courageous and firm decisions in the interest of national unity. He emphasized Gandhi’s lifelong commitment to social harmony and her opposition to divisive political forces.
