Karkala: Firefighters rescue woman from 50-foot deep well

Karkala, Jan 11: A woman who fell into a 50-foot-deep well, which had 20 feet of water, was successfully rescued by fire service personnel.

The rescued woman has been identified as Anita.

The incident occurred at Apoorva Compound in Kallotte.

The rescue operation was led by Karkala fire station officer Albert Monis, with staff members Roopesh Idoorakar, Nityananda, Harikanta, Bheemappa Narahatti, and Sanjay playing crucial roles in the effort.
