Brahmavar: Woman dies, four injured as car crashes into roadside tree

Brahmavar, Feb 6: A woman lost her life, and four others sustained serious injuries after a car crashed into a roadside tree when the driver lost control.

The incident occurred in Kadur, Kokkarne, Brahmavar taluk.

The deceased has been identified as Jayalakshmi (68) from Beejadi. The injured Ramachandra Bhat, Sujatha, Mangala, and Prema, have been admitted to a private hospital in Manipal for treatment.

The group was returning from the Kabbinale fair and was en route to Mandarthi, Saligrama, and Amrutheshwari Temple in Kota when the accident occurred.

A case has been registered at Brahmavar police station.

    Hardly goes a day by without hearing car crash and lost lives.However the car steady or not driver should have control over it.No fast driving than necessary specially one has to see our roads condition.weather condition ,raining etc.May their souls rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathies to families.was it their own ?May be driver was tired after driving long time?
