NIPM Mangaluru to host Vice-Chancellors Conclave 2025 on Feb 16

Mangaluru, Feb 13: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru chapter, is set to host the Vice-Chancellors Conclave 2025 on February 16 at 6.30 pm at Hotel Ocean Pearl, Mangaluru. This event will bring together academic leaders, industry experts, and key stakeholders to discuss education, skill development, and industry-academia collaboration. The conclave aims to bridge the gap between academic institutions and corporate requirements, ensuring that universities play a crucial role in shaping future-ready professionals.

Transforming India@2047 into a Global Hub of Knowledge Education is the theme of the conclave and focuses on curriculum innovation, emerging technologies, and workforce preparedness in a rapidly evolving economy. The conclave will witness the participation of eminent vice-chancellors and academic leaders, including:

• Dr S Vidyashankar, vice-chancellor, VTU Belagavi
• Prof P L Dharma, vice-chancellor, Mangalore University
• Lt Gen (Dr) M D Venkatesh, vice-chancellor, MAHE, Manipal
• Dr M S Moodithaya, vice-chancellor, NITTE (Deemed to be University)
• Dr M Vijayakumar, vice-chancellor, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University)
• Prof K Satyanarayan Reddy, vice-chancellor, Srinivas University
• Dr Praveen Martis SJ, vice-chancellor, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University)

The event will also feature the official launch of ‘HRConnect’ – NIPM Mangaluru’s ISSN e-Journal, dedicated to HR professionals and academicians.

NIPM Mangaluru chapter chairman Steevan Pinto and the executive committee members of Mangalore, will delve into the discussions and initiatives surrounding this significant event.
