Mangaluru, Apr 29: A case has been registered at the Mangaluru south police station regarding an attempt to murder young advocate Mohammad Asgar Mudipu.

On April 24, an individual named Mohammad Mustaq, angered by advocate Mohammad Asgar's decision to issue a no-objection vakalatnama stating that he could not represent Mustaq's case in court, allegedly barged into the advocate’s office unlawfully.

He reportedly issued threats, took away the car keys without permission, and attempted to drive away with the vehicle. When the advocate tried to prevent this act, Mustaq allegedly drove the car towards him in an attempt to kill him.

A formal case regarding this incident has been registered at the Mangaluru south police station.
