Mumbai: Veteran Hotelier Sanjeev P Shetty Passes Away

Mumbai, Feb 2: Sanjeev P Shetty(74), a native of Suratkal in Mangalore city and proprietor of Shetty Tea House, Zaveri Bazaar, here passed away at Leelavati Hospital, Bandra (West) on Tuesday January 31 night, following a brief illness.

Sanjeev Shetty was residing at Leela Apartment, Prabhat Colony, Santacruz (East) here.  He was a veteran hotelier and social worker in the metro. He is survived by his wife Suman S Shetty, one son and one daughter.

The mortal remains of Sanjeev was cremated at the crematorium located in Teachers Colony, Bandra (East) on Wednesday February 1, informed the family sources.

    Sanjeev P. Shetty, May your soul rest in Eternal peace and give comfort to the bereaved family and friends. I used to visit your Shetty Tea House and I moved to New York with my family. Though I visit India every year but I did not get a chance to visit Zaveri Bazaar.
