St Aloysius University 1974, '75, '76 batches to hold golden reunion, convocation ceremony on Jan 11

Mangaluru, Jan 7: The members of the 1974, 1975 & 1976 golden batches of St Aloysius College to celebrate the golden reunion and convocation ceremony along with the 1970 (SSLC) and 1971 (PUC) batch on Sunday, January 11 in Robert Sequeira Hall of LCRI Block.

The programme will commence from 8:30 am onwards on January 11. Ivan D Frank (1976 commerce batch) will deliver the keynote address. Fr Melwin Joseph Pinto, rector of St Aloysius Institutions will preside over the programme. Dr Praveen Martis, SJ, vice chancellor of the University, Dr Ronald Nazareth, registrar of the University and the faculty will witness the programme.

The programme includes the hoisting of the University flag, a formal convocation ceremony, the honouring of teachers from the 1975-76 era, and the passing of the baton to the next reunion batch.

This event holds significant human interest and historical value for the community.
