Uttar Pradesh, Mar 26: Ketan Shukla, a BTech graduate in electrical engineering from IIT Roorkee, has secured All India Rank 75 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024. His achievement reflects the power of discipline, consistency, and a well-structured preparation strategy.
