Mangaluru, Oct 23: The Carmel Preran Bible Diary 2027, the eleventh edition of the Konkani Bible diary published by Dhyanavana Publications of the Carmelite Fathers, was released at Infant Jesus Shrine, Bikarnakatte, Mangaluru, on October 22. Introducing the diary, Fr Stifan Perera, OCD, director of Infant Jesus Shrine, highlighted its role in nurturing the spiritual lives of devotees through daily Scripture readings, reflections, biographies of saints, prayers and other spiritually enriching material.

He noted that the publication is not merely a spiritual resource but also an initiative supporting Vision for Future, a programme that provides educational assistance to around 100 children of visually impaired parents. The initiative has received encouraging support from readers and well-wishers, whose generosity contributes to the educational aspirations of these children.
