Los Angeles, Jul 9 (IANS): Teen sensation Justin Bieber has filed a harassment complaint against a photographer due to whom he had to speed up his Fisker Karma sports car and ended up paying a fine.
Ths singer was pulled over by police after being spotted driving at over 100 miles per hour on the 101 Southland Freeway in California Friday. He was reportedly running away from the photographer.
Bieber's manager Scooter Braun alleges the star was trying to shake off members of the paparazzi who were following him closely. So the 18-year-old has now taken action, reports tmz.com.
He has filed a complaint and given a statement against a photographer who was tailing him. An investigation has reportedly been launched.
