Los Angeles, Aug 1 (IANS): British comedian Russell Brand is glad about doing community service soon, as this will give him a chance to help people in need.
Brand was ordered to do 20 hours of community service and pay $500 as court fees after he threw a photographer's iPhone out of the window in March, reports
femalefirst.co.uk.
"I don't know what their format of community service is, but community service, that doesn't seem like a punishment. That seems like a duty," he said.
"We are our community. Service is an honour. I'll be happy to do it," he added.
However, the 37-year-old does not have a clue about what he will be made to do there.
"What will I be doing? I don't know. Tidying up or something probably," he said.
