New York, Oct 7 (IANS): Actress Reese Witherspoon is back home with her newborn a week after delivering her baby boy, Tennessee James.
"They are both doing well," people.com quoted a source as saying.
Tennessee was born Sep 27.
Witherspoon, 36, and husband Jim Toth, 42, who is a first-time father, are settling into their roles just fine.
"Everyone is bonding with the baby. And Jim has had a lighter workload and has been spending a lot of time at home with the baby as well," the source added.
A family friend said Toth was "just over the moon and really excited to become a dad".
Witherspoon is already on her feet. She was out and about last week in Santa Monica, California, stopping into a local eatery with her newborn.
"She definitely feels settled in her family life with Jim and her kids (Deacon, who turns nine this month, and Ava, 13). They can't wait to start life with their new baby," the friend added.
