Mangalore, Feb 8: A young man was found murdered at Bolpugudde near Padavinangady here on Wednesday February 8 morning.

The murdered has been identified as Navinesh who is the brother-in-law of Barke Yaddu alias Yajneshwar, who according to the police was involved in several crimes in the past.  The initial reports said that the murder could be the handiwork of some of his friends.

Navinesh had identified himself with local ruffians and was not steadily employed.  Though he had joined on employment in various places, he used to quit them for trivial reasons. Yet, along with his ruffian friends, he had involved in many trifle anti-social activities in the area.

Some sources said that Navinesh was taken to Bolpugudde by some of his friends on Tuesday night.  Some left-over food and other things gave strong indications that they even had their dinner there.  Thereafter, before quitting the place, Navinesh has been murdered.

His body was found on Wednesday Feb 8 morning.  A big piece of flesh from his chest has been torn apart.  It is suspected that some wild animals might have damaged the corpse in the night.

The Kavoor police have registered a case in this regard.
