Mangalore, Nov 22: Megapink is an initiative promoted by the 'pinkathon', India's first and largest 3 km event.
The marathon will be held on November 24 at 6:30 am simultaneously in 40 cities across India.
The event has been developed to explore the power and potential of social media to amplify the message and reach of an event like the Pinkathon in a country like India.
Sadhika Soans and Helly Kamani are the ambassadors for the event in Mangalore. Sadhika is a trained pre primary teacher, Reebok fitness trainer and works as a general trainer at Lavie Fitness centre while Helly is a Reebok fitness trainer.
The name of the running group is 'Kudla Runners' which was formed earlier this year with a goal to promote fitness and a motto 'Stay Fit, Live Long'.
