Mangalore, Apr 19: Western Railway has decided to run a special train between Valsad in Gujarat and the city in the months of April, May and June.
The train service (train no 0913/0914) has already begun from April 14 from the city. The train will run once in a week. The train will start from Mangalore on April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 190, 26 and June 2. In the same way the train will leave Valsad on April 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25 and June 1.
The train (0913) will leave Valsad at 13.40 and will reach Panvel at 18.20 before reaching Madgaon at 5.05. Further, the trains will have stops at Karwar (6.26), Kumta (7.10), Honnavar (7.27), Bhatkal (8.17), Udupi (9.37), and Suratkal (10.27) before reaching the city at 11 am.
On its way to Valsad the train will leave the city at 12.00 pm and will stop at Kankanady (12.12), Suratkal (12.38), Udupi (13.30), Bhatkal (14.50), Honnavar (15.34), Kumta (16.00), Madgaon (18.30) and Panvel (5.50) before its last stop at Valsad at 10.30 am.
