May 23: Emirates Paradela a premier organisation involved in charity based activities will be conducting a Free Medical Check up at the Getwell Medical Centre on Bank Street, Dubai on June 2, 2006 from 9.00 - 12.00 a.m.
 
The check up is arranged for the benefit of the low income group (drawing a salary below Dhs. 1000/-) and is being conducted by the well known Gynaecologist Dr. Sarita Kapoor and reputed Cardiologist Dr. Ashok Kapoor along with their team of medical doctors and assistants.
 
Claude Pinto the President of Emirates Paradela and the organiser of this camp says "Emirates Paradela has always strived to help the less fortunate and underprivliged persons in society in whatever way they can. So far it has helped many a  deserving student to be able to avail of education and be able to stand on his own feet. Medical assistance also has been part of the objectives of our foundation and we are ready in  every way to reach out to the poor and suffering brethren in our society. We are fortunate to have Drs. Sarita and Ashok Kapoor and their team to help us in our mission".
 
This medical check up is open to all nationalities however the only criterion is their  low income (below Dhs. 1000/-). Many such earlier camps have already been conducted by various social groups - and it has benefited the poor patients who have been suffering to become aware of their ailments. While most of the basic tests are done for all, in deserving cases, even the further investigations like ECG, Echo etc are done at this camp.
