Preparatory meeting held for Pejawara Shree's 76th Chaturmasya

Mumbai, Feb 28: A meeting was held at Santa Cruz east hall of Pejawar math branch on last Tuesday, February 25 in view of seventy sixth Chaturmasya of Pejawara Shree.

It is a matter of great pride for the devotees that the Vishweshatheertha Sripada is holding 76th Chaturmasya in Mumbai at his age of 84.  A discussion was held for the success of Chaturmasya to be held in the city during July, August and September this year.

A committee was formed in view of the mutt in Mumbai completing fifty years of existence, seventy five years of achievement of the seer after receiving vows as a seer and shree and junior priest of Pejawar completing 25 years as a priest.

Honorary president Sanjeevini hospital medical official Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel, Executive Dr M S Alva, Pernankila Haridasa Bhat, Vidyavihar, Krishnaraja Tantri, Kairabettu Vishwanatha Bhat, Vidwan Ramadas Upadyaya Renjala and Srinivas Bhat Parel were appointed secretaries.

Pejavara mutt's Renjala Ramadas Upadyaya discussed the subject. Poornaprajna Vidyapeeta Pratistana president A S Rao gave an introduction.  Dr Suresh Rao, Dr M S Alva and Haridas Bhat spoke of celebrating the Chaturmasya.  Prakash Acharya thanked with the resolve of celebrating the chaturmasya in a grand way.
