Udupi: Karnataka Dalit Sangarsha Samiti rallies behind ADGP Ravindranath

Udupi, Jun 4: Karnataka Dalit Sangarsha Samiti ® (Bhimvada), Udupi district committee, staged a protest against the detractors of P Ravindranath, ADGP, on Tuesday June 3, at district police superintendent office, Udupi.

Dalit leader Uday Kumar Tallur appealed to the Chief Minister to take immediate action against three police officers, who he said had humiliated the ADGP. He strongly condemned the acts of Bangalore City Commissioner Raghavendra Auradkar, DCP Ravikanth Gouda, and police sub inspector Ravi and pushed for the filing of a case against them within a week under the Dalit Violence Act.


Tallur further urged the cancellation of the transfer of P Ravindranath and said that the case must be handed over to the central government for investigation. Chandrashekar Bulwadi , district convener, Ramesh Arigandige, Shekar Havanje, Ajay K S , Kundapur block convener, Vasant , Krishna Altar Satish, Chandrakanth, and Sujatha.
