Karkala, July 28: The Physics department of Nitte Technological University has proposed to hold a two-day workshop on Photonics on July
30 and 31.
Dr S M Shivaprasad, Head of the Department of Physics and Materials unit, Jawaharlal Institute of Scientific Research will inaugurate the workshop and give an introductory speech.
Professors of Physics, students of research, professors and students of Electricity and Electronics are expected to participate in the workshop.
Scientists from the Indian institute of Science, Bangalore, National Institute of Technology, Calicut and Surathkal, University of Calicut,
Indian Institute of Science and Research, Tiruvanantapuram and such other prestigious institutes will participate as resource persons.
