right the govt has increased the circle rate with immediate effect, while implementing the same the authorities should give few days (at least five days) so that buyer can get prepared and arrange the extra money for registration, those who give order for notification should realize the problem of the mango people, those who has purchased the stamp duty unnecessarily will face the unwarranted problem, those who takes the decision should be aware of the ground realities, while working for the last so many years in the Govt., I wonder how immaturely these senior officers take such decisions and implement the same in haste without keeping in mind the problems of the common man. Hope in future the concerned authorities will keep in mind the problems of the common man while taking such important decisions.
    Thanks
