40 Indians under 30 in Forbes List

New York, Jan 7 : 40 young Indians have made into the Forbes List of "young game changers, movers and makers". This is the fourth annual compilation by Forbes of achievers under the age of 30 from across the globe and from all fields of study.

 44 young people in this list are from India or have Indian roots and they have made exemplary contributions to retail, sports, medicine, technology and even gone on to pave their own paths by inventing cost effective methods to purify water. 16 year old, Deepika Kurup has invented a method that utilises sunlight and a photo-catalytic composite of titanium dioxide and silver nitrate to purify water.

 Partha Unnava, 22 is the CEO of Better Walk which is working diligently towards making crutches more comfortable for their users by redesigning it such that it doesn't hurt the users armpits. 23 year old Rahul Rekhi is working alongside the UN to structure a globally applicable treaty on antibiotic resistance.

 Nitish Banta 28, cofounded Rough Draft Ventures that works for worthy student entrepreneurs receiving USD$ 25000 as a start up capital. Vijaya Chudasama 28 is currently working on merging antibiotics with medicines in the field of Biotechnology.

 'Ministry of Supply' is a mens fashion company that makes shirts employing NASA technology was brought fruition by 26 year old Aman Advani. While 29 year old Ishveen Anand founded OpenSponsoship - an organisation that brings together promising sports potential and popular brands so they can forge alliances and negotiate on sponsorship agreements.

 The list of these young people who have made an indelible impact to their respective fields has been acknowledged on a accredited international platform.
