Byndoor-Kasargod train to be extended to Kannur

Kasargod, May 19: Kasargod MP, P Karunakaran, has informed that the train that is running between Kasargod and Byndoor at present, is being extended to Kannur shortly.

He said that he had brought pressure on the department of railways to extend train No. 56666/56665 between the above destinations to Kannur to facilitate devotees willing to visit Kollur temple near Byndoor. He said that the southern railway general manager has conveyed to him that the revised timing, date of extension and schedule will be shortly decided and published.

At present, this train leaves Kasargod at 6.40 am and reaches Byndoor at 11.50 am. In its return journey, it leaves Byndoor at 1.05 pm and reaches Kasargod at 6.10 pm.

    They are trying to extend trains one by one to kerala. For what benefit is it for Kannada people.Earlier Blore- Mlore train too was extended.Do these ministers know how much problem kannadigas face.All compartments will hav only keralites. Poor mloreans always in waiting list.So many mloreans are facing this problem to & fro.

    Fake trains in Karnataka. All Karnataka trains are for the benefit of other states only.
