    Dear Sir,
I was keen to invest in NTPC Tax free bonds but was disappointed when the issue was closed on Sept 24 as against Sept 30. I think there was lack of communication / advertisement on these bonds thus many people including me did know in time about these bonds coming in the market.
May I therefore request you to tell me how can I apply to these bonds. I desperately need to apply.
    Kind regards.
