Doha: KSQ annual outing brings families together

Qatar, Apr 8: Karnataka Sangha Qatar (KSQ), a renowned non-profitable organization, held its annual family get-together at Al-Khor Park on April 1.

Though it rained the previous day, enthusiastic members assembled at Al-Khor Park at 8 am. Addressing the gathering, KSQ president HK Madhu outlined the day long programme.

Hemavathi Lakappa and Roopa Pramod hosted games for children, men and women in different categories. All the participants played games in its right spirit. Morning breakfast and lunch were arranged at the venue.

In the afternoon, members showcased their acting talents on various topics chosen on the spot from their respective groups. 

Ishita Somayaji, Mansi somyaji and Appu Sudhir enthralled the audience with Hindi and Kannada numbers.

President, HK Madhu and vice president Venkat Rao conducted prize distribution ceremony and presented gifts to all the winners.

HK Madhu expressed his gratitude to all the members who came out in large number and made the programme very successful. Subramanya Hebbagilu, Mahesh Gowda, Sunil Kamalaksha, Sandesh Anand and Sunil Bhandary put in all the necessary arrangements in place.
