As mentioned Plantech is not a refinery company. People from Plantech were working in United in Ethylene Glycol Plant. United is one among many affiliates of SABIC. SABIC has got one of the finest Safety & Security Procedures in entire Middle East. Root Cause Analysis Investigation is on, and the outcome will be known very soon.
