Bengaluru, May 25: The music of ‘Run Antony’ Kannada movie was released recently in Bengaluru. It is noteworthy that Daijiworld 24X7 TV's reality show 'Mangalore Idol' winners have made it big in the music of this film.
‘Run Antony’ audio release function was held at PVR cinemas Orion mall Bengaluru. Shivaraj Kumar ,Punith Raj Kumar , Rockline Venkatesh , Sa Ra Govindu, Jayanth Kaikini and other biggies were present.
The music of the film has become ladder for Mangaluru singers. One of the hit songs ‘Jhanak Jhanak’ has been sung by Punith Raj Kumar. The recording of the trumpet instrument was recorded at Daijiworld Audio Visuals in Mangaluru.
'Run Antony' Kannada movie features Dr Raj Kumar's grandson and Raghavendra Raj Kumar’s son Vinay Rajkumar. The film is produced by Parvathamma Raj Kumar, Raghavendra Raj Kumar and Guru Raj Kumar and directed by Raghu Shastri.
Manikanth Kadri has scored the music and background music also. Jayantha Kaikini, Dr Nagendra Prasad and Raghu Shastri have penned lyrics.
Vajreshwari combines, one of Kannada film industry’s prestigious production houses, has presented the film.
‘Run Antony’ has 5 songs , Jhanak Jhanak by power star Punith Rajkumar ,Marula Marula by Supriya Lohith and Soham Chakraborthy , Summane by Javed Ali , Maula by Soham and Yazhin , run run run by Varijashri Gopal and Divya Kumar ,Yuva Mashup featuring six debutant singers for the first time in Kannada film history Keerthan Holla ,Kishore,Aravind, Chaithra , Eesha, Suchi and Maithri .
Keerthan Holla student of B Com was a finalist of Mangalore Idol 2014. Manikanth Kadri was so impressed with his voice texture that he promised him to take in his future venture. Speaking to Daijiworld Keerthan said “This is a lifetime opportunity as I never thought I would be singing for any movies. It has happened and that too a real big movie with many celebrities. I wish to thank to my parents and friends ,Manikanth Kadri sir, Bigtime creations , Suraj Bolar and Daijiworld 24*7,”
Maithri a second PU student winner of Mangalore Idol 2015 also has rendered her vocal in this album. “It is a dream debut to any singer and we are fortunate to be one among teh singers. It was a great learning experience from Manikanth Kadri sir as he made us so comfortable and corrected us in all possible ways, Mangalore Idol made it possible as I got an opportunity to sing in front of Manikanth Kadri sir. Manikanth Kadri was the one who actually came up with this concept of using 6 new singers and make them sing which is unique as well as supportive to the young talents. Guru Raj Kumar executed the plan. Manikanth Kadri has come up with a different kind a genre of music all together and already the songs are become viral on social media.
‘Run Antony’ has a unique storyline thriller with very good team of technicians. The post-production work is on progress and the movie will hit the screen soon.
