Mangaluru: CCB inspector Valentine D'Souza, ACP Tilak Chandra transferred

Mangaluru Jul 4: City crime branch (CCB) police inspector Valentine D'Souza has been transferred, along with some other senior police officers of the coastal region.

Sunil Y Nayak from Kaup will now take up the post of CCB inspector in place of Valentine D'Souza, whose new posting is not yet known.

Also, ACP Tilak Chandra, who was heading the sensational Vinayak Baliga murder case, has been transferred from city central sub-division to traffic sub-division, while ACP Udaya Nayak has been transferred from traffic sub-division to city central sub-division.

Belliappa has been transferred to Pandeshwar from Bantwal town.

Ananth Padmanabha from Moodbidri has been transferred to Mulky while Ramachandra Nayak from Mulky has been transferred to Moodbidri.

Arun Bommayya Nayak has been transferred from Brahmavar to Mescom, while Konaje station inspector Raghava Padil has been posted to Byndoor.

    Our Govt. and some politicians dont like sincere and efficient Officers. They want corrupt ones. Thats why our Police Officers being transferred often giving them mental torture. This trend should be stopped.

    Hi all, people please don't guess and do wrong assumptions.. Valentine D'Souza is my brother in law and the transfer is a regular one . He is in CCB from past two and a half years and usually transfers are done after 2 or 3 years. Since he is awaiting promotion, the area of posting is not yet confirmed.. This is the fact ..

    Congress and BJP are two faces of same coin. In Baliga murder even some powerful builders belonging to Congress are also suspected to have been involved besides Naresh Shenoy. So if Naresh Shenoy is implicated then he will disclose the names of those builders to cause "collateral Damage".
    Hence to save the Congress-builders the Cong govt has transferred Tilakchandra to make the case weaker and save Naresh and thereby save their own Cong-builders.

    If this transfer is punishment for arresting Shenoy, accused of Vinayak Baliga murder case,
    Then State Govt to whom Police Dept is reporting is responsible and answerable to the people of the state.

    As you all know that Karnataka Police come under Governance Karnataka lead Congress Government, You can ask all your query to state gov with regards to the transfer is concern or you can ask MLC Mr.Lobo rather playing blaming game here that because of MP Nalin ,BJP,Yeddi,& Modi.

    that is common, last time inspector Pramod was transferred as he has taken action against communals/criminals.

    Honest Police Inspector like Valentine D'Souza should not be transferred. People, who were protesting for Vinayak Baliga, now should stand up for Valentine D'Souza from not being transferred.
