Hes going to Bangalore to take over as the road safety officer and he himself has an accident. Most officers care run fast as they have official work to do. Speed thrills but it does kill. Happy that all are safe including the DC! Hope such accidents does not happen in future at Mangalore and surrounding areas. We must drive very carefully always

From the photographs it appears none of the passengers in the scorpio were wearing the seat belt. Watch the broken windshield due for forward impact. In case of the innova the air bags have been deployed (watch the white cove in the dash board) hence very less chance of injury.

Buying a car with ABS and Air Bags always is a wise decision, though it costs you a bit more.....lesson to be learnt.

Government vehicles with the beacons are the terror on the streets. The drivers of these high flying officers have no mercy when it comes to driving. So many times I have seen they force oncoming traffic to go off road. Check the third picture, there is a solid white road marker, that means "no overtaking" that's on the driving books. So culprit is the Ibrahim's driver. He has to be booked. Lucky it did not cause major damage.

Both vehicles must have been at top speed. Adding to the problem was the wet road. I am happy that all are safe with just minor injuries only.Wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

What conspiracy! ? It was DC's car that was over speeding and over taking on a road in which overtaking is prohibited! . DC should apologise
