Mangaluru, Sep 10: Manel Srinivas Nayak Memorial (MSNM) Institute of PG Management Studies organized 'Manel Srinivas Nayak Memorial Dialogues on Professional Managers' a talk with V G Siddhartha, chairman of Coffee Day Group here on Saturday September 10.
Addressing the gatherings speaking in occasion GV Siddhartha said, “Whatever you wanted to do, be passionate about it. If think you cannot do it, you cannot really do it. But, if you think you can do it, you can indeed do it. You should push yourself to succeed. Self motivation is very important for that. Nobody in this world will give you free meal. You have to stand on your own legs. The principle for the success is, to be passionate and to pursue what you believe in. India is the startup capital of the world. Great opportunities are coming up here,”
"In present scenario US economy is of 19 trillion dollars and it will be about of 68 trillion dollars after 35 years. Chinese economy today is about of 12 trillion dollars but after 35 years it would be of 110 trillion dollars. Today Indian economy is of 2 trillion dollars, in coming 35 years it will be of 64 trillion dollars according to the economists. You are entering the place where the country is so prosperous for the people who pursues their dreams and work hard. India will grow with minimum 20 times. 12 million youths will come to the job market every year. If India needs to be great society, we need great bankers, great doctors, great politicians and great entrepreneurs. There are 27 crores of people who are pursuing their education. Everybody should work 24 hours and create employment opportunity for next generation. Please pursue your dream whatever it may be. Be a leader" Siddhartha added.
