Mumbai: Bharathanatyam Wonder Ester Noronha Performs at ‘Air Cargo Ball’

Mumbai, Feb 24: ‘Air Cargo Ball – 2008’ and ‘Transformation Nite’ was held on Saturday February 23, at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Santacruz (East), organized by Air Cargo Club of Bombay.

Ronnie Goveas Mangalore, president of Air Cargo Club of Bombay, Capt K S Bagga, vice president, Gajanan Golatkar, honorary secretary, H S Arora, honorary treasurer, Ravi Ramaswamy, Conrad Aranha, Roy Concesso, Joy John, Richard Theknath, Crispin Bayross, managing committee member, Sam Katigara, past president and others were present on the occasion.

Ester Noronha from Mangalore performed dance with the music of Sagar Troupe.  Kiran Khanna and Vasundhara Khanna bagged the title of Air Cargo king and queen ’08.  Jude Fernandes and Juliet D’Lima were the second runner ups in king and queen competition.  Ashim Sayyid and Reema Clement were the first runner ups.

Model, Cheez Shetty and Sagar Aryans were the jurors of the competitions.

Antony Francis, S Poojary, Marks D’Souza, Rudolf D’Sa, vice president of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Denis Crasto, vice president of Kingfisher, Neet D’Lima, K Sachdev, Ramesh N, Dinesh Prakash, H V Goveas, Shankar Shetty, Gilbert Goveas and other dignitaries were present at the occasion.

Air Cargo Club of Bombay, is a non-profit making body, established three decades ago in the metro, involved in the yeomen service to promote friendship and goodwill among all stake holders of the Air Cargo industry, to further the interest of all those engaged in the industry, by supporting in related matters through educational lectures, film shows, debates, seminars and other appropriate means, to foster cordial relations among all air transport professionals.
