UAE Audience set to be Regaled by Mangalore Singing Stars

Dubai, Apr 22: A fantastic  musical show of a different kind and style is on the cards as the much awaited Golden Oldies Melody Nite takes place on Friday May 2 at the Shaikh Rashid Auditorium of the Indian High School in Dubai.

Top singers Ravindra Prabhu, A B Vittal of ‘P B Srinivas’ fame, Srikanth Kamath, Anita Samson and Abbas Rajkumar supported by a full fledged orchestra led by Rajgopal, Rajendra, Bhaskara Kumbla, Babu  and Chandrakeerthi will perform in what promises to be a memorable night of nostalgia.

Ravindra Prabhua and Srikant Kamath come to Dubai with a great reputation and Anita Samson’s singing abilities are well known all over Karnataka especially.  Abbas is a typical Rajkumar style stage personality who will impress all the Kannada lovers.  Local singing star Asha Maben will also join in to sing. Veteran A B Vittal will render P B Srinivas' top Kannada and Tulu hits. 

To complete the set up, a galaxy of dancers will perform some scintillating dances on the night.  The show starts at 7 pm sharp.

There will be selected songs  in Kannada, Tulu, Hindi, Beary and Konkani  specially picked for the grand show.  The music lovers are guaranteed hit songs of yester years which have never been heard at any shows in Dubai. 

Well known NRI and philanthropist, Ronald Colaco is the main sponsor of the Melody Nite in association with the Mahila Vibhaga of the Billawa Balaga of Dubai.
